39 Maiduguri -- Veterinary Division -- Supplementary feeding men who mixed livestock feed (cottonseed, groundnut cake, gyoro, & salt) by hand. Mr. Tulley's windmills were used at USAID Bornu Ranch 25 miles south of Maiduguri. Our concrete block office.
